The 7 Rules For Becoming a Self-Actualized GoddessA woman who is connected with her inner goddess is one who truly loves every aspect of herself in all senses -- physically, mentally and emotionally. She never concedes her values, and chooses only to honour that which is right for her and for the greatest good of all. As I mention in my book, The Goddess Guide to Chakra Vitality, "Being 'Goddess' doesn't mean being put on a pedestal and worshipped. Rather, it's about practicing self-acceptance, experiencing joy, imparting and receiving insight, radiating peace and sharing unconditional love of self and others." Some women love being inspired by one archetypal goddess or a specific cultural matriarchy to guide them, while others like to work with various goddess energies at different stages of their life (or with different moon phases and so on.) Every journey is personal and unique. After many years of journeying, I have come up with seven key rules that can help you become a self-actualised goddess. I've done this by identifying seven goddess archetypes, how their energy rules over the seven major aspects of your life, and how you can see the 'face' of each goddess when you look in the mirror. If you can say, "Yes, I am this," to each one of these seven aspects, then congratulations -- you are indeed, goddess. A Goddess:
If you were a bit undecided about any of these, or (help us!) declared an outright "no" to any of them, don't worry. There are plenty of resources at Goddess Rules to get you back to Self; back to your seat of power and back into authentic thought.
